About Gallery Z
Gallery Z is a unique and important addition to the arts community in Providence, hosting and exposing national and international artists and art. Our private collection features work by Armenian, European, and American artists from the early twentieth century to the present.
The gallery holds receptions on the third Thursday of each month. On the last Thursday of each month, Gallery Z's Art, Food, and Wine Creating Awareness for a Cause event is hosted at the gallery. For these events Gallery Z partners with a different non-profit organization each month, providing them with the space in our Public Art Window and hosts a fundraising event to elevate public consciousness on different issues and causes.
Gallery Z is a tax free zone. Gallery Z is a member of Gallery Night Providence, Providence Warwick Convention Visitors Bureau, Federal Hill Commerce Association, America for the Arts.
Visiting Gallery Z
Founded in January 2001 by Providence-based photographer Berge Ara Zobian, Gallery Z is located on the west side of Providence in the historic Federal Hill district. It is a forerunner in the revitalization of that area, spearheading efforts to connect the public with the growing arts community
